Could an old surgical scar be contributing to your back pain?

In our latest blog, I share the story of a client whose back pain was linked to a small appendix scar from around 40 years earlier. Once we worked with the restrictions around the scar, her back pain resolved and hasn’t returned.
Scars, both old and new, can sometimes create restrictions and compensation patterns elsewhere in the body. Yet they’re often overlooked when trying to understand why pain keeps coming back.
