If you're looking for something to help you feel more grounded in your body — and as a result think clearer, regulate your emotions better, and stay more centred in yourself no matter how mad life gets around you — then look no further than our yoga classes here at The Healing Centre in Larkhall.

These classes are very much grounded, body-first practices.

A chance to slow down, breathe deeper, reconnect with yourself, and reset your nervous system in a genuinely calming space.

🧘 Thursdays at 6pm
🧘 Wednesdays at 12pm

£8 per class, including a sound bath meditation at the end.

You can book through the website or simply drop in on the day.

And now with the new outdoor space developing here at the centre, you can even stay on afterwards for incredible street food burgers and our famous home-roasted Aroma coffees ☕🍔
