September feels like such a special month for me this year. 🥹💚 I was pregnant with wee Mara when I took the shop on… and now she’s turning TWO! 🎂😭 Honestly, where has that time gone?! Watching this space grow alongside my baby has been some journey.

Nearly two years of THC, two years of Mara, and honestly what a wild, beautiful ride it's been. So grateful for every single person who's walked through our doors and helped make this place what it is. 💚

Sometimes we need movement, sometimes breath, sometimes cold, sometimes touch… and sometimes we simply need somebody to remind us to slow the f**k down for 45 minutes. 😂🌿

This Saturday 29th August at 4:30pm, come join us at The Healing Centre THC for an afternoon of Reiki, rhythm, meditation and beautiful community connection. 💚

We'll come together to give and receive Reiki, ground ourselves, drum, raise the vibration and enjoy being surrounded by like-minded souls. 🌿🪘

You don't need to be Reiki attuned either — everyone is welcome. Just bring yourself, an open heart and good vibes. 🫶

🌿 LEADING FROM THE HEART 🌿

Since the Shipibo people came into our lives, something has changed. Not just at The Healing Centre, but within so many of us. We’re leading from the heart, speaking our truth and actually living it. ❤️

My journey with beautiful Bobinsana began back in December when a good friend sent me a bottle of tincture, not realising I had just gone through a miscarriage at around three months. At a time when my heart really needed held, Bobinsana felt like exactly the plant ally I needed. 🌸

Then June came… and so did the Shipibo. 🙏🏽

Naysha held the most beautiful ceremony at THC and honestly, my heart was cracked wide open. That ceremony opened up so much for all of us who were there, and since then I’ve watched so many truths come to the surface. People choosing themselves. Speaking from their hearts. Making changes. Living more authentically.

And I have to give the biggest thank you to our beautiful Isabell ❤️ Without her, this connection wouldn’t have happened. She connected us with this beautiful tribe and has also held some of the most incredible ceremonies alongside me at THC. I’m so grateful for the people, medicines and experiences she has brought into our wee healing family. 🌿🙏🏽

Now I have this beautiful bracelet from the Shipibo people around my wrist, another little reminder to keep following the heart.

What a time it’s been… December, June, the summer we’ve just lived through… and now September is calling. 👀✨ What will it bring?

The Shipibo will be back with us again soon, bringing their beautiful music, traditions and Bobinsana medicine. 🌿🎶

Just a wee heads-up beautiful people — The Healing Centre will be closed this Saturday & Sunday as we’re heading away for our private retreat weekend 🏕️🍄🌿✨

On Sunday, Dagmara also has her beautiful women’s event taking place in the centre 💃🏻🌙

🍔 The Bistro WILL still be OPEN for food all weekend — just head round to the back garden entrance as normal. 🌿🍟☕️
