Graeme's Reiki Wellness I am a Reiki Master and Practitioner. I provide Reiki treatment and White light cleansing for those seeking alternative holistic therapy It is just so good

In Dec 2020 I caught Covid, then a touch of pneumonia. This left me with very little energy. I just struggled along, then in Sept 2021 I took back pain. I tried all sort’s of Remedies, with nothing working. A friend suggested trying Reiki, and I thought as nothing else was working I’d give it a go. I sourced a Reiki practitioner and arranged a session. I didn’t know what to expect, but it changed

my life. I came away from the first session with renewed energy and less pain, it also seemed as if I had found something that had been missing in my life. After a few more sessions I knew I had to bring Reiki into my life full time. I undertook training in Level 1, then Level 2 and finally Master Reiki level. It has helped me deal with stress, health and emotional break ups. I can honestly say I would have struggled with out it and I self treat on a regular basis to keep myself happy, balanced and relaxed.

Pennies from Heaven?
This last month.. everywhere I go I've been finding pennies when I turn round or get out of the car....
Not sure what this means ... but its a message from someone 🙏🙏🙏

Feeling stressed or anxious or just need to relax?

Let The Light flow through you completely pouring in the top of your head and then flowing out of your fingers and toes and know that it is The Light; The Healing White Light of Love. You are one and the same with The Light, let it wash away negativity, worry, stress and doubt.

So with setting up a new business I neglected my self practicing with Reiki… stress built up, fatigue appeared and I found some negativity occurring.
I just finished an hour of pure relaxation, in which I balanced my Chakras, did a negativity cleanse and finished with a good grounding..
I can honestly say I am feeling 💯percent better in every way 🙏
