A series of three seasonal workshops coming up… I’m keen not to give away to much info for these as I want you to experience the magic within the studio, a feeling rather than a visual pre expectation. Think of them as a lucky dip bag for adults just know that there will be good movement, tunes and some extra goodies or things planned within them.

First up find that burn in some of those trickier movements followed by the second half a treat for the body and mind.
Now available to book online.

Restorative reformer autumn~winter evening sessions. Having only offered these lovely practices before as group workshops, this is the first time they’ve been available within my own Larne studio. I’m now offering a limited number of one to one evening sessions to help unwind during the darker months. A completely different feel, moving quietly and mindfully on the reformer. Focusing on breath work, slow stretches and finishing with a relaxation meditation.

Block bookings are a great way to ensure you carve out the time that suits you into your schedule. As well as the seasons starting to shift with mornings/evenings getting darker it’s a great time to set up a new or continuing habit to make it easier during the winter months to incorporate as part of your routine.

Block bookings also allow you a discounted rate, did you know you can purchase a block for reformer, duo’s and group mat. Please note to avail of a block booking discount the payment is upfront at the start of a block other wise you will be charged at a PAYG rate. We appreciate sometimes it’s a bigger amount in one go so if you do want to make use of the block booking discount but need to split the payment please just have a chat with us. See expiry dates on the block passes t&c’s when booking.

🍃 September 🍂
Have you ever tried to open a dog p**p bag on a wet windy day…?
It’s noisy, distracting and not much help….
That’s a little how social media started to feel and why we’ve barely posted this year/hosted events- a lot of noise but not substance with my algorithm being alot of copy and paste. Not wanting to add to the noise it’s catch 22 as a business ‘needing’ to stay present or pushing to find your space.

Yet my space is the one I hold in person in genuine connection, conversation, movement magic. The purpose of this post, some magic is unfolding seasonal workshops & availability opening for new clients… stay tuned.

Don’t be afraid to turn off the noise, unfollow what doesn’t serve you and treat your time whether that’s buisness time or downtime as precious currency. There’s a genuine use and purpose for social media but who are you spending your ‘currency’ on are they earning or are you…

Cute irrelevant pic but all subject to perspective.

☀️ Studio closed the month of March ☀️
Rounding up February with some gorgeous sunshine in the studio and a very grateful heart. That I get to not only do a job I love but to all of you for being so supportive. Whilst I’m off celebrating my fiancés belated birthday & a special friends wedding I want to say thank you for being so accommodating. I appreciate it’s a long time without your Pilates & reformer fix, may the sun continue to shine whilst I’m away and see you all at Easter weekend when I reopen. Closing my business for a month is a little intimidating but I’m immensely grateful. All messages/emails will be replied to 3rd April. 🦘
