You can prioritise good sleep, and still say yes to a night out with the girls if you fancy it.

Life is to be enjoyed. We weren’t meant to make ‘perfect’ choices all of the time or stay on the hustle train.

Gosh, the overwhelm hit hard today. It’s days like these when I’m so grateful I can use my yoga tools from on the mat, off the mat, when life starts lifing!

I gave my nervous system the reset it was asking for and got through the day in one piece and went to bed with a smile on my face.

* Mens yoga on Monday 14th at 8pm

* Yoga for Runners on Friday 25th at 6pm.

A new Beginners Yoga block begins Monday 21st September

Kids Yoga returns Thursday 24th at 3.40pm
