This is it for my MELT Tribe at Nuffield Health
It’s been a wonderful journey with so many of you!  Witnessing this group growing from week to week and all the ‘Aha moments’ every Wednesday evening was so rewarding. Thank you all for the support, the encouragement the enthusiasm and kindness! I learned so much from this last 1.5 year and I am looking forward to Zoom and MELT again soon. Please keep

Today was another emotional one as I said “see you later” to my MELT Tribe at Leamington Health Club!
I started there in February 2024 and slowly fell
In love with the place and my MELTers. I am so greatful for the opportunity to teach there and looking forward to stay connected via Zoom, WhatApp…
