Therapy & Fitness with Lisa Moore Sports, pain management and holistic treatments for all Our first floor studio holds regular yoga, pilates, strength & conditioning and general fitness classes.

We are a team of Sports & Holistic therapists working in Leamington Spa providing massage for pregnancy, general aches & pains and occupational & sporting injuries, Reflexology, Bowen Therapy and a range of other Holistic therapies. The studio also has infra red heat lamps installed for hot yoga and hot pilates. the changing rooms are equipped with showers and lockers.

Our donation bag is looking a bit deflated after the contents were collected on Friday.
Please drop off any new or unwanted clothing and non perishable food items like canned veg, dried food, uht milk and juices and bottle of squash.
