Yoga with Alison will have something for you! Mixed ability classes for adults & classes just for teenagers. Classes begin with quiet warm ups, allowing time for the focus to shift from
the busy every day to being attentive to the here and now. Physical work is co-ordinated with the breath which helps to concentrate the mind on Yoga practice and encourages deeper breathing. Asana - Yoga poses - are taught in isolation as well as in flowing sequence, depending on what we're hoping to achieve. Pranayama - Breathing / Energy techniques, Relaxation and Concentration practices leading to Mindfulness and Meditation practice are included in every class.
