Aftercare

Avoid heat treatments e.g. sun beds, saunas and steam.
Avoid exfoliation for 24 hours to avoid overstimulating the skin.
Avoid makeup and scented products to avoid irrational.

Make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid stimulants like coffee and alcohol.

Take 5 minutes and turn your phone off.

Lay down with one hand on your belly and one on your chest.
Take deep breathes, inhale and exhale through your mouth.
When you feel ready, return your breathing to normal.

This simple 5 minute exercise can help relieve both your physical and mental stress build up.

The fan is both hot / cold climate controlled so can be adjusted through the treatment.

Let us know your music preference as hidden behind the mirror is our crisp clear speaker which again can be adjusted to your preference.

Lastly we have the Himalayan salt lamp next to our oil diffuser. This just adds to the relaxing ambience of the pod. We can change the essential oil being diffuses to only enhance your experience when visiting the pod.

Did you know there is two types of Wax?

Peelable wax is also called hot or stripless wax.

This would be applied with a spatualr in thicker layers and smaller areas than Strip wax. This has a ‘shrink wrap’ effect the means that even short hair or deep rooted hairs can be removed effectively.

It is best suited for sensitive areas such as underarms, face, speedo line and groin.

Strip wax is also called soft or warm wax.
