That might mean choosing what to wear 👕, making a cup of tea ☕, helping prepare lunch 🥪 or simply deciding what they want to do that day.

It can be tempting to step in and do everything because it feels quicker.

But sometimes the best support is simply being there, offering encouragement and allowing someone the time to do it themselves. 💙

💙 Meet the Face Behind Central Care – Nizam

Today, we’re introducing you to the person behind Central Care — Nizam. 👋💙

Nizam has worked in the care industry since 2012, gaining experience across many different areas of care, including independent living, day care, mental health hospitals and domiciliary care.

Over the years, Nizam has become well known within the LS11 community for always being willing to help others and support people where he can. His passion for care and helping those around him is one of the reasons Central Care was created. 🏡🤝

Day to day, you’ll usually find Nizam coming into work, supporting the team, dealing with the behind-the-scenes running of the business and making sure everything is ticking along as it should.

But when the working day is over… that's when the real busy life begins! 😂

Behind the business, Nizam is a husband and dad to three children, who definitely keep him on his toes and keep life busy at home! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️
