This is Elle, she said she really likes to take the time to get to know the residents properly, asking about their interests, routines and stories so she can ensure she is giving good person centred care!

She said she knew when she walked in to Neville House and was welcome so warmly by all the staff that she was going to love it here! 🌸☺️💕
