Really loved their day retreat on Sunday. Especially the cold water plunge ❄️

Our first DAY DETOX retreat was absolutely incredible. We are blown away by the depth you all went to individually and as a group.
Thank you thank you each and every one of you for coming and for bringing your willing and courageous hearts.
It was deep and beautiful to witness.
