A few weeks ago our governing body CQC conducted our inspection 📝. Inspections are always very nerve wracking, but with the amazing team we have in place, we received a report that we are extremely proud of. We are so proud of all the staff that help CHH LTD be the amazing company that it is. Not only did we recieve amazing feedback, we received an 💥outstanding💥(which is the highest grade you can receive) in a part of care. This is such an amazing achievement.👏 We really do have an amazing team led by our amazing Registered Care Manager Nicola. Very fortunate that we get to work with a team of amazing seniors and amazing community Healthcare Workers that deserve so much.
One thing that stands out that we are extremely proud of, is the feedback we received regarding the well being of our staff. We pride ourselves in not only providing excellent care to our users but making sure our staff are looked after, listened to and supported fully by management.
Our staff are our business, and they provide the most exceptional care to all our users, without them and all the hard work they do this wouldn't be possible.
