Today we started our Summer Solstice project.. we started by welcoming George and introducing ourselves and miming what we had been doing this weekend .We discussed mental health awareness month and did a guided meditation about the Summer Solstice We discussed different images associated with the festival like the sun 🌞 the 💚 green man and fairies .listened to some lovely music and started to design masks .We had a lovely lunch in the cafe too! We also got to meet Oliver who popped in for a visit to see what we do .Thank you all for a wonderful day Great to see you all .See some of you tomorrow Bright Sparks Theatre Arts Nite Lites Leeds for our quiz night .

Happy Monday Club out and about today we met at Swarthmore this morning for coffee ☕ and a chat .We warmed up and did our Happy Monday dance followed by a mime of what we did at the weekend .Julie confused York with yoga !! After a lovely lunch in the cafe we walked into Leeds to catch a bus to connect in the north to join our friends for The spring 🌱 chat .We had a quiz ,played bingo and talked about all the events coming up .. Mel and Lewis won prizes .what a lovely day .Thanks for having us Bright Sparks Theatre Arts

Looking forward to seeing you all at Swarthmore at 10.30 tomorrow .We will be going out to visit our friends at connect in the north for their Great spring chat 🌱🌼🌱🌿🌼🌱. We will finish our session at the later time of 3 pm at The sugar mill off Dewsbury road .Expect 😊 quizzes ,bingo and friendship
