808 is 6 🎈
It feels like yesterday but also forever since I started 808 at 22 years old, doing back to back clients for 80 hours per week… I’m tired just thinking about that now 🤣
I’ve changed so much since then and what I want from my business has changed too. I spent 5 years growing 808 to a team of 7 and I’ve spent this year scaling it back to being just me again. I’ve since been told this is called lifestyle scaling… ‘scaling a business to better support your desired lifestyle’.
So it’s celebrations for one this year, for the first time in 4 years! I’ve loved being back lasering and facialing (is that a word?) full time, meeting all of our lovely clients who were previously being treated by Lily, Daisy, Holly, Mia, Rhiannon and of course Robyn, who is on maternity. I couldn’t have asked for better team and I’m so grateful to have made lifelong friends in all of them 🥰
It’s a very tricky time in the beauty industry at the moment, cossy livs is hitting us HARD. So I’m extra grateful for every single client that comes through our doors. Thank you always ❤️
