Feeling especially grateful tonight 🤍

So grateful for every client who trusts me to hold space for them, and for every person who comes to my Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra classes. This work genuinely means so much to me, and I nearly always leave a class or session feeling just as uplifted, even if before I felt tired and like I didn't have an excess of energy to give, I leave more grounded and grateful as I hope everyone else does. 🙏🏻

Thank you for sharing your beautiful energy, for your openness and for the trust you place in me. And so much gratitude for the lovely community at We Are Wellness it really is such a special space to be part of. 🤍

Just a little note to say that if I'm a little slower to reply to messages this weekend, it's because I'm celebrating my 30th birthday. 🎉

Apologies too if I've been a little slower than usual this week/last week. Between birthday celebrations, work, classes, and preparing for an exciting upcoming training, things have been wonderfully full aka mind blowingly busy so apologies if I've dropped the ball, feel free to give me a nudge!

A few reminders:

✨ Angelic Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training takes place 26th–28th June We Are Wellness. If you've been feeling called to deepen your spiritual practice, learn energy healing, or begin a beautiful new journey of self-development, I'd love to welcome you.

✨ My regular classes continue as normal, including Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These spaces are always open to you if you're needing a little grounding, rest, or reconnection.

✨ I'll also be working at Rebel & Rose rebel+rose shop next week, which means my availability will be more limited than usual. If you've been thinking about booking in, please do get in touch and I'll do my best to find a space for you this month.

Full Flower Moon in Scorpio 🌹 Moonstone's Moon Club TONIGHT

This one feels a little deeper, a little quieter.

We’re in Ta**us season, so it’s about coming back into the body, feeling steady…
but with the moon in Scorpio, there’s also an invitation to gently look at what’s been sitting underneath things.

Nothing intense or overwhelming—just a soft space to notice, release a little, and call something supportive in.

We’ll have a grounding meditation, journaling, a small sharing circle, and a simple ritual with rose, water, and charm bags (lavender + crystal chips) to take home 🤍

It’s a small, intimate group this time, which feels really special.

Beltane AND a full moon... 🌺

Yeah this is a Biggie! Feels more like a purge than usual Beltane for me...but that's the watery depths of Scorpio for you!

Just a little note on my musings re this moon 🤍

It’s Moon Club at 6:00–7:30 Full Flower Moon in Scorpio 🌕

These Scorpio moons always feel quite deep… not in a heavy way, but in that quiet, honest, slightly emotional way where things come up to be let go of. It’s actually one of my favourite energies to work in.

We’ll keep it really gentle as always — some grounding, a bit of energy work, journaling, and a simple release ritual. Nothing intense, just a nice space to land and soften into it.

ALSO ! just to mention, because a few people have asked I have very limited availability left for Angelic Reiki in May and this is not an exaggeration 😂. I only had a handful of spaces to begin with and most have gone already, so there are about 4 left in total now. It’s just a slightly packed month with my schedule....so

If you’ve been thinking about booking in, I’d do it sooner rather than later 🤍

This circle will honour the Full Flower Moon, which peaks on the 1st May and carries energy of growth, visibility, and quiet transformation as we move deeper into spring.

This year the moon rises in Scorpio before shifting into Sagittarius, so there’s a blend of depth and expansion… feeling things fully, and then gently lifting your gaze forward.

Full moons are moments where things come into the light. Truths, feelings, realisations. A chance to pause, reflect, and release what no longer feels aligned… and then soften into what’s next.

You might notice a pull to let go of something heavier, alongside a sense of opening into a new chapter. Both can exist at once.

During the evening we’ll move through:
🕯 grounding meditation
💫 gentle energy work
📖 reflective journaling
🌕 full moon release ritual
🌿 space to integrate and simply be

Moon Club is always such a special space. There’s something powerful about women gathering with openness and intention, and each circle unfolds in its own way.
