Itās something I donāt think is spoken about enough, especially with Angelic Reiki.
it can sound a bit out there at first. Even a bit strange, or something youāre not quite sure you believe in. Some people quietly wonder if it might even be a bit⦠scammy. And thatās okay to acknowledge.
You donāt have to arrive believing anything.
Most people come because they feel a pull, or they just know they need to slow down and be held for a moment.
Your first session can feel a little⦠exposing. in a very human way.
Youāre lying down, eyes closed, not needing to do anything or be anything. Youāre receiving, rather than holding it all together. And for a lot of us, thatās actually quite new.
Sometimes people feel emotional, sometimes thereās a quiet sense of release, sometimes you just feel deeply relaxed, and sometimes you donāt feel much at all in the moment. All of it is completely normal.
Nothing is ever forced in my sessions. Your body and energy will only open to what feels safe and ready.
And actually, thatās where so much of the benefit is.
For those o who are used to being the one who holds everything together, who gives, who thinks, who stay a little in control, learning to receive in a safe space can be really powerful.
It allows your nervous system to soften, your body to come out of that constant doing mode, and creates space for real rest, clarity, and gentle emotional release.
And Iāll say this honestly, because I think it matters, Iāve seen some really incredible shifts in clients through this work.
People feeling calmer in themselves, sleeping better, processing things theyāve held onto for a long time, feeling more like themselves again. Not overnight miracles, but real, steady changes that build over time.
You donāt need to force anything for that to happen. Itās often the softness of the space that allows it.
Afterwards, you might feel calm, a little softer, or just like youāve had a really good rest. Occasionally you can feel a bit more inward for a few hours, and thatās just your system integrating.
