Our Yoga styles vary from Hot Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini & beginner's classes. Our workshops include Yoga Nidra, Women's Circles, Sound Baths, Reiki, Menopause Yoga, and much more. W

e also have dedicated treatment rooms for Ayurvedic Yoga Massa

We’re open 7 days a week offering workshops, courses and scheduled classes, but we also offer more than that, a community, a creative hub, a lifestyle resource, a shoulder to lean on, and a place to escape and share ideas

Meet Meg.

Meg has been teaching yoga for over eight years, sharing classes across Yorkshire and London.

Her teaching style is calm, encouraging and inclusive, helping students feel supported while developing strength, confidence and ease in their practice.

You can find Meg at the studio every Wednesday:
• Beginner Yoga - 6:15pm
• Hot Yoga - 7:30pm

Most people don’t need a complete lifestyle overhaul.

They need one class.

Then another.

Then another.

Three classes a week can make a remarkable difference.

A Pilates class to build strength.

A Hatha or Vinyasa class to move and breathe.

A Yin class or Meditation session to slow everything down.

Small actions repeated consistently tend to create bigger shifts than occasional bursts of motivation.

But we also know life is life.

Work. Family. Holidays. Padel. Reformer. Endless things competing for your time.

If once a week is what works right now, that’s great too.

Her Wednesday evening classes offer two different ways to move:

6:15pm Hot Yoga - strong, energising and grounding

7:30pm Back to Basics - gentle yoga designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect

Meg has been teaching yoga for over 8 years and specialises in creating supportive spaces. Whether that’s a strong hot yoga class or your first time stepping into yoga.
