✨Expansion ✨

You may have already seen… has expanded!

Becky () and I have taken on the room next door to the original studio and are now offering treatments in this cosy room we’re calling The Green Room 💚

I’ve been loving offering head massages in there and although I haven’t yet done a reiki session in the Green Room, I have done a couple of reiki attunements and it’s only a matter of time 🥰

It feels really natural that we took the room in but it also felt a bit daunting (for me anyway). I’m only just over a year into being fully self employed and in many ways I’m still finding my feet.

The thing is, expansion can be a scary thing - it’s full of the unknown and the what ifs. However, I’ve learnt to know myself well enough to know when something is right. To know when to take the next step forward - even when it feels like a lot 😮 I’m grateful for that and I have no regrets ✨

✨Peace of Mind and Enjoyment✨

In this week’s newsletter, I’ve been talking about how I’ve been making an effort to put myself first.

This may sound selfish to some. However, I invite you to challenge your assumptions and what ‘putting yourself first’ means to you.

For me… it means making sure I get good rest, eating well, doing things I find enjoyable and enriching, and most of all NOT GETTING INVOLVED IN OTHER PEOPLE’S DRAMA.

Recently, I had a healing with a woman who explained it like whirlpools. You might see the whirlpool. You might fall into the whirlpool. If you step too close you might get dragged into the whirlpool.

Basically, if you see a whirlpool, walk away 😂 that’s what I’m going to be doing!

✨ THE PLAN ✨

This week is Dying Matters Week - a week where actively talking about death and dying is encouraged 💜

It's the perfect week for me to FINALLY be launching THE PLAN - a guide to being .responsible and thinking about your end of life. For me, thinking about this sort of stuff - my values, my needs, the legacy I want to leave - has helped me become more prepared and informed.

It's also helped me live the life I want to live. Right here, right now.

I didn't just want this to be a guide to the practicalities of end of life, I wanted it to be an emotional and spiritual preparation - self discovery magnified - a radically responsible look at how to live life better.

I'm yet to populate the Radically Responsible socials - one step at a time 😂 - but follow along as I retake this death planning journey, and share the things I've learnt along the way.
