✨ Sacred Mother Teas is finally open ✨

After months of blending, testing, dreaming, stirring herbs across my kitchen table and pouring love into every pouch… my little tea shop is now live on Etsy 🌿

Each blend is handcrafted in small batches with calming herbs, intention, and care:
🌙 Moon Mothers Rest — for sleep & deep exhale
💧 Still Waters — for calm & quiet minds
☀️ Golden Change — gentle support through menopause & hormonal shifts

These teas were born from my own healing journey and shared first with women around me, family, friends and clients — and now they’re ready to travel further into the world ❤️

✨ I’m so excited to finally share that I’ll be part of the Spring Spiritual Fair with my little soul space, Circle Within. ✨

I’ll be offering private 1-1 sessions on the day, alongside herbal botanicals, healing teas, and a chance to come and connect, chat, and experience the work I hold close to my heart. 🌿🪶

This path has grown so organically from love, healing, sound, spirit, and deep remembrance… and it feels really special to now share it more openly.

This is where I work from
a calm, private space here in Leeds,
held gently with sound, breath, and energy.

My 1:1 sessions are a blend of
Reiki, shamanic energy work, sound, drum and rattle.

There’s no pressure, no need to go anywhere💛💚
just time to lie down, breathe, and be supported.

Each session begins with a gentle body scan,
helping you reconnect to yourself,
release what you’ve been holding,
and come back into balance.

Everything is guided intuitively and held with care.
