Are you a pro-active, people focused Administrator who can help create a smooth, supportive experience for our Colleagues.

Based in our Leeds (West Yorkshire) support centre, you’ll be the first point of contact organising and managing HR queries and maintaining employee records. You will play a central role in delivering a high-quality service which will include preparation of key documentation, providing meeting support, gathering Colleague feedback and collating retention insights.

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗥 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 🌸 Are you an experienced advisor looking for your next role? If so we are especially keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate experience in the following:

~ Can you provide expert advice and guidance on complex, fast-paced casework, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions across a range of employee relations matters.
~ Interpret and advise on ER policies and procedures, supporting managers to apply them consistently and effectively in line with best practice and employment law.
~ Manage a varied caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues within a dynamic care environment.

Previous experience within a care setting is advantageous, but not essential, and a willingness to travel, predominantly across the North East, with occasional national travel is required.
