Hi, I'm Eleanor. Join me Thursday at 10.30am at Om Yoga Works for a gentle, nourishing yoga class.

We’ll explore meditation, pranayama and yoga poses to help you relax, build strength, improve mobility and feel good in body and mind. We finish with 20 minutes of deeply restorative yoga nidra.

A warm, welcoming community and a beautiful midweek reset. Class finishes at 12pm 🤍
