IMPORTANT UPDATE: Minor price increases from 1/7/26.

Due to price increases in equipment, fuel and car maintenance, I have no choice but to increase my prices. I hope that this is understandable.

Please be assured that my prices (even including the increases) are still very competitive for the services offered.

Injury Assessment and initial consultation: £45

30 mins (deep tissue/sports massage): £30
60 mins: £45
90 mins: £75

Please know there may also be a small surcharge for mobile appointments that are 10 miles beyond where I am based in LS10. This additional charge will be £5.

Each session will include a variety of treatments which may include:

• Injury Assessments and exercise Prescription.
• Deep Tissue Massage.
• Graston Therapy (IASTM)
• Cupping therapy
• Posture Assessments And Correction.

Each appointment will require a non-refundable deposit of £20 to secure the booking and reduce the risk of no shows. However, this can be transferable to a new date if sufficient notice is provided (minimum 48 hours). In event of a no show you will be required to pay for the session in full in order to rebook a new appointment. Each case will be reviewed individually and I will try to be sympathetic where reasonable.

I would like to take the time to thank everyone for their continued support. Without the loyalty of regular clients, DC Sports Therapy would not be where it is today. Thanks to you all, I have been able to develop my expertise and provide additional services that support injury rehabilitation and making everyday life more manageable.

CANCELLATION POLICY – DC SPORTS THERAPY

To ensure I can provide the best possible service to all clients and manage appointment schedules fairly, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointments

- I will reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: No charge will be applied, and I will happily rearrange your session to a more convenient time.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. This covers the time reserved for you and prevents me from offering the slot to another client.

- Cancellations or no-shows: The full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is treated the same as cancelling, so the notice periods and fees above apply. We recommend checking your availability carefully before booking to avoid unnecessary charges.

Emergencies

I completely understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review each case individually and may waive or reduce fees at my own discretion.
