Another recent feature, this time with Who What Wear.

I was asked to share my advice on dry and chapped lips, including some of the common causes, ingredients to look for in a lip balm and what to avoid when the skin barrier is already compromised.

One of the key points I discussed was that effective lip care doesn’t need to be complicated. Choosing the right ingredients, protecting the lips from UV exposure and avoiding products that cause irritation can make a real difference.
