🌿 Theme: Open, Prepare, Shine — Clearing the path for the light
This evening will be a beautiful journey of unlocking, expressing, moving, and softening — preparing your body, heart, and spirit to receive the fullness of the sun’s light and energy leading up to the Solstice. We clear away what dims your light, move what feels stuck.

Release the Heavy, Make Way for the Light
Letting go of Winter’s weight & Spring’s dullness, to shine fully for Summer Solstice
Shake Off The Grey — Release & Unwind through active, expressive movement.
Purpose: To physically, mentally, and emotionally shake off the heaviness, cold, damp, and stagnation of the last few months. When the season is dull, our energy gets stuck — this workshop gets it moving again. We do not follow rules. We shake our arms, our legs, our whole bodies — shaking out the cold, shaking out the tiredness, shaking out the things we’ve held onto because there was no sun to burn them off. We stomp out the heavy mud of the season, we stretch upward toward the light. It is loud, it is freeing, it is pure release.
🧘Softening & Opening — Making Space for Light. Gentle, deep, emotional release.
Purpose: Winter and a cold spring make us contract, close up, harden our hearts and bodies to protect ourselves. Now we learn to soften, open, and expand, so light can enter every part of us with gentle assisted Stretching: Slow, deep stretches focused on the areas that hold winter tension: the shoulders, chest, hips, and belly. We work to unfold the body, like a flower that has be
