This week has probably been one of the busiest so far in terms of coaching calls, and my last call of the week was actually a special request from a man.

Over the last few months, I’ve mainly been helping women who are struggling with stress, emotional eating, and weight gain…but men experience these challenges too.

A lot of men struggle in silence with stress, poor eating habits, low energy, and weight gain, often waiting far too long before asking for support.

Looking after your health shouldn’t feel embarrassing or like something you have to figure out alone.

I’m really excited to be working with this client. He’s highly motivated and eager to start working towards his goals.

Our focus initially is on creating a couple of simple meal plans to help improve diet quality, better understand portion sizes, stay more hydrated, and improve his sleep routine.

Really enjoyed our coaching session yesterday morning with 🍓

We built a balanced meal using what was available, and it turned out great 👌 Julia even said it was decent 😄
Probably one of the most practical coaching calls yet.

She’s progressing really well overall, we’re focusing on nutrition, stress, sleep, and movement, and she’s already making great improvements, especially around more mindful eating and better sleep 😴

Today I had the first follow-up session with and at her special request, we had our coaching session in a coffee shop ☕️🤍

She has already made incredible progress, but the thing that stood out the most was that she couldn’t fully see it herself.

She focused on what still needs improving, while I was looking at all the things she’s already changed:

✅ eating more consistently
✅ having more energy
✅ feeling stronger
✅ building routines
✅ showing up for herself

Not all progress is dramatic. Sometimes progress is the small things you do consistently when nobody is watching.

So if you’re on a health journey right now, this is your reminder to give yourself credit for the wins you’ve already achieved.

Growth becomes so much easier when you stop only measuring how far you still have to go and start appreciating how far you’ve already come ❤️

There is something very underrated about meals that are simple, balanced and easy to repeat.

When life feels busy, reducing decision fatigue around food can genuinely support energy, focus and consistency throughout the week.
