This week has probably been one of the busiest so far in terms of coaching calls, and my last call of the week was actually a special request from a man.
Over the last few months, I’ve mainly been helping women who are struggling with stress, emotional eating, and weight gain…but men experience these challenges too.
A lot of men struggle in silence with stress, poor eating habits, low energy, and weight gain, often waiting far too long before asking for support.
Looking after your health shouldn’t feel embarrassing or like something you have to figure out alone.
I’m really excited to be working with this client. He’s highly motivated and eager to start working towards his goals.
Our focus initially is on creating a couple of simple meal plans to help improve diet quality, better understand portion sizes, stay more hydrated, and improve his sleep routine.
