As someone with ADHD who’s faced my own ups and downs, I get how tough it can be to look after your wellbeing, especially in a fast, digital world, and where making friends as an adult can feel nearly impossible. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create workshops where you will learn real skills, have fun, and be creative in a welcoming and inclusive place. As a practising artist, I’ve won awards for my sculpture work, recently had a solo show at Basement Arts, and I’m currently working on a public sculpture. But, one of my biggest passions is bringing people together through art and helping them feel more like themselves. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time, feeling a bit burnt out, or just want to meet people in a gentle, creative setting... Make & Mischief is for you.
