👤 Meet Bernadette 👤

Bernadette is a highly experienced physio at the clinic and has spent many years working across both amateur and professional sport. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with tailored rehabilitation and self-management strategies to help people recover, move better, and stay active.

🏉⚽ Bernadette has previously worked with Castleford Tigers, York Rugby League, and Harrogate Town FC, supporting athletes through injury rehabilitation and performance recovery. She was also formerly a physio for PGMOL.

🩰🎭 Bernadette continues to have strong links with Opera North and several dance companies, helping dancers and performers return safely to doing what they love.

🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️ Outside the clinic, Bernadette still enjoys keeping active through running, the gym, yoga, and even a bit of Bollywood dancing!

🌿🎨 She’s also a keen gardener and a would-be artist in her spare time.

👤 Meet Marie 👤

Marie is one of two physios at the clinic and brings a wealth of experience from both amateur and professional sport. She takes a rehab-focused, holistic approach to treatment and is passionate about helping people recover, move better, and perform at their best.

🏉 Marie has worked with rugby teams across both codes, including Bradford Bulls, Morley RUFC, Yorkshire, and North of England Rugby Union sides.

🧑🏻‍🩰🎭 She also has strong links with Opera North and several dance companies, supporting injured dancers and musicians through rehabilitation and recovery.

🎾 Outside the clinic, Marie enjoys playing padel, going to the gym, and spending time in the garden — where she describes herself as a “novice but improving” gardener!
