Noodle salad recipe!
Chika’s daughter introduced to her this recipe. It’s perfect for hot summer day and only takes 5-10 mins and ready!
Cook noodles according to the packet. Udon noodles, egg noodles, sweet potato noodles.. whatever you like. While noodle is cooking, mix ingredients below in your serving bowl.
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp Mayo (vegan or non vegan)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sesame oil
All can purchase from sainsburys in leek or any big supermarket
Once noodles are cooked, drain and run cold water until cold. Drain well.
Mix in to the sauce and add any salad toppings; cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, seaweed, sesame seeds…
Delicious!
