It has been quite a few months for both my health and my business. My skin has been having a little wobble with the spring sun — although thankfully that is settling down now.

At the same time, my Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) NHS work and client work have been the best they have ever been. The moments of joy I experience in both the therapy room and the training room are honestly off the scale right now.

Watching people have realisations, emotional shifts, and breakthroughs — seeing emotional and physical pain ease, transform, and soften — and witnessing people leave feeling freer, calmer, and more empowered in their lives is something I never take for granted. I genuinely love this work so much.

I am grafting right now, and loving every minute of it bringing EFT to the people who want and need it. All my courses are now Accredited with The EFT and Mindfulness Centre whom I'm a Master Trainer and Supervisor for.

Next week I begin my first (there are many lined up through the year) EFT Practitioner training within the NHS, and I honestly cannot wait. In the group are wellbeing directors and managers, counselling department managers, CAMHS and other incredible professionals. I feel deeply honoured to begin this beautiful human journey with them.

Here I go! (this was me 2 weeks ago before my hols!)

It's almost a year since I was first approached by an NHS trust to roll out Emotional Freedom Freedom Techniques training to clinical and wellbeing staff. Today, I actually start this journey!

I am so excited and have gone through all the emotions on this path. I have worked really flipping hard on course development and evolution. I am super proud of myself!

There have been many twists and turns and I am so grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey with me so far. Clients, trainees, friends, mentors and of course family!

You have helped me shape my offer to ripple out the benefits of EFT to who knows how many people?!! Amazing ❤️ 🙏✨

I’m ready 😁

This was an absolutely fabulous day sharing EFT with staff members from across the trust, including some from CAMHS. I am looking forard to the next training day this month.😊✨

🟢What is Shadow Parts Work and feeling whole..🟢

Shadow Parts Work is about turning toward the parts of us we learned to hide with gentleness rather than trying to fix or overcome them.

As Jamie Catto explains, these parts aren’t bad or broken — they’re often younger, protective aspects of us that stepped in to help us survive, belong, or feel safe. When ignored or judged, they tend to run the show from the background, showing up as triggers, self-doubt, anxiety, or stuck patterns.

Shadow parts work gently brings these hidden aspects into the light with curiosity and compassion. When they feel seen and included, they no longer need to shout or sabotage — they relax, integrate, and become allies.

The result is more emotional freedom, self-trust, and wholeness — not by becoming someone new, but by welcoming back the parts of you that were never meant to be exiled.

I support clients when they choose in EFT sessions with shadow parts work. Its a gentle and healing process which support much more self kindness and acceptance which then ripples out in to their lives. If you are interested in 1-1 work let me know.
