💜 The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words Rei, which means universal, and Ki, which means a flow of lifeforce energy.

💜 Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation and well-being. It is referred to as the 'vibrational medicine'.

💜 Reiki helps to move heavy emotions from the body that we store away, like anxiety, shock, trauma, depression. All these emotions are energy, and they get stuck when we don't acknowledge them or deal with them.

💜 Reiki unblocks the chakras releasing new life, and new energy, so you can be in a happier and healthier state of mind.
