Happy bank holiday! Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine. We have invested in extra fans - ready for this heatwave!!

If you haven't booked on in a while, why not come back and see us.

The holiday season is upon us. Michelle is away currently, myself and Laura will also be taking a holiday - Laura is next week and myself the week after - but exciting... we hopefully have a couple of new instructors joining us.

If you are thinking of joining as a beginner, please do get in touch..... we offer small classes of 5 maximum - so we can be inclusive and supportive to each of our participants.

Good morning - apologies for having to swap classes around at the end of last week, I took time off to watch my daughter arrive home from her first deployment.
