‘Being told I might not make my 30th birthday was the wake-up call I needed.’

After learning that his weight was putting his life at risk, all John could think of was his family – and the moments he’d miss unless he made a significant change 💔… so that’s what he did.

With the support he found at his local Slimming World group, John lost a staggering 16st 12lbs (107kg) and turned his life around. Instead of being at risk of dying young, he’s now feeling healthy, confident and excited for the future – and has maintained his weight for more than two years 👏.

Fab evening in group - last weeks new member returned and lost -6.5lb in her first week and she is absolutely over the moon !!

Another member has achieved her target and is 3lbs away from a total loss of 6 stones & shes going for it 🤩

A 3 stone award achieved by a member who’s been in group for just 13 weeks 👏🏼

& now Im home to a roast dinner and some
Delicious food just in time to catch the England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 game 😎
