🦇 ANNOUNCEMENT 🦇PLEASE READ (soz it’s long)!
My apologies I’ve not updated as quickly as I’d hoped - a few unexpected hurdles cropped up but finally, after what feels like forever of navigating the challenging and unexpected, I am officially back 🦇 I’m also excited, incredibly proud and happy to announce that I have been busy working away on my very own little tattoo studio and it’s now ready to open 🖤
Athamé (pronounced ah-thah-may) is a private tattoo studio located in the heart of Leicester city centre. All bookings are by appointment only, meaning no distractions from outside noise and a comfortable, cosy and private space for my clients and me. There is/will be some more information on my website (some tweaks still ongoing behind the scenes)!
My diary will be opening on Monday 1st June from 9am to start accepting enquiries and bookings. I will do a post about how to book in/send an enquiry etc but figured this post was long enough already 💀
To everyone who had been postponed/waiting - you may have already received an email to reschedule your appointment before my diary goes live. If you have contacted me over the past few months and not had a reply yet I will reply very soon to advise further - and thank you for getting in touch.
A LOT of hard work has gone in to setting my little studio up and I could not have done it all on my own. I would love to thank the following people in particular for SO much help, support and generosity in so many ways , Matthew, , Mark & Johann 🖤
Finally, I CAN NOT thank everyone enough for their continued patience, support, understanding and kind words whilst I have being getting my s**t together 🖤
Every now and then, life throws a series of unexpected hurdles that feel entirely relentless. It knocks you flat, and the challenges keep coming before you can even stand back up.
But momentum always shifts.
