Taping you can do at home. Using sports tape, you’ll apply force to bring the toe back towards straight.

Taping won’t ‘fix’ the bunion, but it can reduce pain, improve alignment and make shoes more comfortable ✔️

✨ Ingrown Toenail Relief – No Surgery Needed! ✨

I was contacted by a client experiencing discomfort in her nail. Upon assessment, it was immediately apparent that the issue was an ingrowing nail affecting the matrix.

Ideally, this case would have been referred for further intervention; however, taking into consideration the client’s age and circumstances, we proceeded with a conservative treatment approach. The nail was carefully reduced in thickness and debrided, with the ingrowing section gently removed from the affected area. The toe was then cleansed and appropriately dressed.

The area was monitored over the following days, and I am pleased to report that it has healed well. Moving forward, the treatment plan will focus on maintaining reduced nail thickness to help prevent recurrence ✔️

Fortunately, surgical intervention was not required, and my client is now significantly more comfortable and very happy with the outcome.

This case highlights that not all ingrown nails require surgery when managed appropriately 😊

Are you experiencing pain but can’t see the problem?

Corns form when pressure is concentrated in one tiny area, creating a hard central core that presses into the skin and are sometimes hard to see. Removing the centre properly is what gives real relief — not just shaving the surface.

If you’ve ever had a “small but mighty” painful spot on your foot, you’ll understand this one.

I recently travelled to Warwick to complete training with LCN, the Wilde Pedique Silver plus System, a medical grade toenail reconstruction designed to restore and protect damaged, thickened, or fungal nails. Although we can offer a gel overlay, this isn’t about replacing salon acrylics or gels, it is a medical treatment focused on rebuilding the nails safely using antimicrobial silver to support healing and natural regrowth.
