My name is Lana & in 2027, I’ll be taking part in a once-in-a-lifetime expedition across Ecuador’s breathtaking landscapes, working on environmental projects in the Amazon rainforest and exploring the incredible Galapagos Islands, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that inspired Darwin’s Theory of Evolution. Through this journey, I’ll be supporting vital conservation efforts while making a meaningful, lasting impact on the communities and environments I visit. Fundraising is part of the experience & I will be working extremely hard to achieve the full cost, please support me in making a difference. 🦭🦎🌱

What if one evening could help you release what’s been weighing you down… and reconnect with the calm, powerful woman within?
Under the luminous Scorpio Full Moon, step into a sacred space designed for emotional safety, deep rest, and spiritual renewal. This is more than a meditation, it’s a gentle invitation to come home to yourself.

✨ What Awaits You
• A guided Full Moon Release Ceremony to let go of what no longer serves you, with compassion, not pressure.
• A crystal activation and sound meditation, where crystals are placed upon the body & the soothing tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan moon bowls, koshi chimes, and chakra chimes help you realign your energy.
• A nurturing circle of women, each on her own journey of healing and self-discovery.

No experience is needed, only an open heart and a willingness to receive.

💫 Why This Night Matters
The Scorpio Full Moon invites emotional release, forgiveness, and self-nurturing. It’s a time to soften, to listen inwardly, and to remember that, no matter what phase you’re in, you are still whole.

• Yoga mat, pillow for head & back support, blanket or sleeping bag (for warmth and comfort)
• Water, journal, and pen
• Optional: cash if you wish to purchase crystals

• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Those with a pacemaker
• Those with audible epilepsy
• Anyone diagnosed with cancer (please consult your doctor first)

🎶Ever wondered what it feels like to truly switch off, not just your mind, but your whole energy field? To feel your body soften, your breath deepen, and your thoughts quieten as waves of sound wash through you?

🎶This mixed group sound healing session invites a gentle pause from the noise of daily life, a moment to reconnect with calm, clarity, and inner balance.

🎶What to Expect
•Begin with a guided meditation to help the body unwind and the mind settle.
•Drift deeper as the soothing tones of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, and Koshi Chimes create a soundscape that restores harmony within.
•Gently return to the present moment feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

🎶Why Sound Healing?
Sound frequencies are known to help lower stress and cortisol levels, ease anxiety and depression, support better sleep, and even reduce physical pain. Many describe the experience as a “reset” , a return to inner stillness and self-connection.

There will be time for group sharing and Oracle cards, with space for 1:1 questions or reflections before departure.
