I’m often asked about the first time I realised Crystal Surgery was REAL… 🙏🏼✨🙏🏼

This was the moment that changed everything for me!

During my training in America, before the client even walked into the room, I noticed that my eyes had suddenly become itchy. I had no idea why at the time, but when the client arrived, I discovered that itchy eyes were directly connected to the concern they had come in with.

This is known as empathic resonance, which is the ability to emotionally tune in to another person’s inner world and feel a shared sense of their feelings while maintaining a healthy psychological boundary between self and other.

The key is learning to recognise this information without taking it on as your own. You can acknowledge and thank the free information for coming through, recognise it isn’t yours and then consciously ask it to leave. When you learn to work with this sensitivity, it can become a powerful tool for understanding and supporting others.

It was the first time I witnessed energy healing as something tangible and visible. It confirmed there was something far greater at play than what we can always see or comprehend.

Life experiences that shaped us in childhood can often leave energetic toxic residue that stays with us into adulthood. When something feels too overwhelming or painful to process, parts of ourselves can become disconnected as a way of protecting us.

We keep moving forwards, but sometimes there can be this feeling that something is missing… a part of our joy, our personality, our confidence, our openness or our sense of who we truly are.

One of the most beautiful things I’ve witnessed in clients is seeing these lost parts return… moments where they feel like they are welcoming home pieces of themselves 😍💫

Crystal Surgery is such a deep, personal healing journey that invites us to explore this energetic toxic residue and release what no longer serves us.

Emotional baggage is the unseen weight of old stories, limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions, guilt, shame, people-pleasing patterns and past experiences that we carry within our energy field - often without us knowing.

The thing is, we often adapt so well to carrying it that it starts to feel normal. We learn to function with the weight and keep moving forward.

But that doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

Emotional balance is one of the most important foundations for navigating life with greater ease. When our energy is weighed down by unprocessed experiences, it can affect how we feel physically, emotionally and spiritually.

One of the most profound things I witness during Crystal Surgery is the shift from the dense body to the LIGHT body.

Forgiveness is not saying that what happened to you is okay… it’s deciding that you no longer want to carry the weight of it.

When we struggle to forgive, we hold onto emotions like anger, resentment, bitterness, grief and a deep desire for justice. Spiritually and energetically, these emotions can become stored in our organs, weighing heavily on us with the possibility to manifest into a physical issue.

The person who hurt you may have moved on... but your body is still carrying the burden.

Forgiveness is an act of self-liberation. It doesn’t excuse someone’s actions. It doesn’t mean you forget. It just means you’re choosing to release the emotional baggage that only continues to harm you.

When we cling to pain, we unknowingly keep ourselves tied to that experience, making it difficult to truly move forward. When we choose to let go, we create space for healing and peace.

Many spiritual traditions teach that when we leave this life, we experience a life review. We see the ripple effect of our actions and feel how they impacted others. You feel that pain. Every unresolved wound and karmic connection offers an opportunity for growth and healing. So why wait until then? By forgiving in the here and now, you clear the energetic bond between yourself and another, and release the heaviness you’ve been carrying.

When forgiveness comes genuinely from the heart, you’ll often feel it - an energetic shift between you and the person you are karmically entwined with.

The deeper the intimacy or emotional bond, the stronger the energetic cords that keep us connected to them are. While some connections are loving and supportive, others can leave us feeling drained, emotionally attached or unable to fully move forward.

One of the most important things to understand is that in Crystal Surgery, we don’t simply cut energetic cords.

We safely remove the entire cord, including the hook or sucker that anchors it into your energy field. The energy is then lovingly transmuted into white light, with gratitude and compassion, sending love back to wherever that connection originated 💙

Your intention and motive behind energy is everything.

There is a huge difference between sending someone genuine love with no expectation in return, and sending energy from a place of desperation, attachment, fear, or a need for approval. One nourishes while the other depletes. We decide whether it is a positive or negative, depleting or enriching experience for us.

During Crystal Surgery, we only remove cords that are no longer serving your highest good. As they’re released, many clients notice sensations such as heavy arms or a feeling of lightness afterwards. This is because the cord has left a pathway where it once occupied space within the energy body. That’s why we always fill that space with pure white light to restore wholeness where the cord once existed.

Over the years I’ve been asked countless times what I mean when I talk about psychic attack.

From my perspective as an energy healer, not every psychic attack is dramatic. Most begin subtly. Sometimes it starts with feeling unlike yourself. Your thoughts become heavier. Your emotions don’t feel like your own. You feel exhausted despite resting, becoming reactive, anxious or unusually emotional.

In my experience, some of these signs can be connected to accumulated projected anger, fear, jealousy or negativity from others becoming attached within the energy field.

When I look clairvoyantly, I often see this as energetic netting or webbing covering the chakras, preventing their spin and restricting their natural flow of life force energy.

Clients often describe feeling lighter after healing, as though a weight has been lifted or something has literally been removed.

If left for long periods, I sometimes see this congestion weaving into the etheric layers, contributing to energetic stagnation that may accompany physical discomfort or illness.

Before supporting the physical body energetically, I first clear these external influences. Once the energy field is flowing again, the body can move into a deeper state of relaxation and healing.

Sometimes I use Crystal Surgery to remove dense energetic structures. Other times I use Tibetan ritual tools to clear negative energy, raise the client’s vibration and integrate the seventh layer of the energy field, strengthening energetic boundaries and reducing energetic leaks.

Many of these signs can also have physical or psychological causes, so always seek appropriate medical advice if you’re experiencing concerning symptoms. Energy healing complements healthcare - it does not replace it.
