So many people live while carrying energetic cords they cannot see… cords of criticism, self-judgement, shame and the outdated rules of early socialisation. These energetic cords can invade our sense organs, internal organs, and bind the heart space, lower legs and feet - influencing how we see, feel, move and respond to life.

Without realising it, we can become puppets of the past, reacting from old voices instead of living as the free, sovereign souls we truly are.

Which element do you see yourself as? Fire, earth, water, or air?

Neither… I am ether, or spirit. I am everything.

We often try to box ourselves into archetypes and define who we are through one lens. But the truth is we are far more expansive than that.

🔥 We are the fire that ignites transformation. 
🌎 The earth that holds and steadies. 
🌊 The water that feels and flows. 
🌬️ The air that dreams and inspires.

And then there is ether… the space in between. The binder or subtle energy that holds the other four physical elements together. It’s everything and nothing at once.

The six-pointed star reminds us of this wholeness as it encompasses all of them. 🔯

As humans we sometimes forget this and cling to labels and identities that were never meant to contain us.

So when we remember, we return to something so much deeper and so much more whole.

As the days grow lighter and nature begins to wake up around us, remember to step outside and ground yourselves!

Our Third Eye chakra sits at a meeting point between the physical brain and our inner awareness. 🌀✨💙

Energetically, its epicentre is between the eyebrows, extending through the centre of the head toward the base of the skull and upper neck. This area corresponds closely with key neurological and endocrine structures, including the Pineal Gland, Pituitary Gland & Hypothalamus.

These glands play a critical role in regulating hormones, sleep cycles and the body’s circadian rhythm.

It also works closely with our nervous system, which is why the Third Eye and Crown chakras often function together. Both relate to the brain and nervous system and overlap in their energetic influence.

In Crystal Surgery, we therefore don’t view these centres in isolation. When working with the Third Eye, we simultaneously support the nervous system, endocrine system and Crown chakra, helping the entire energetic network of the head return to balance.

Old invasive etheric tissue can harden and form a structure-like ‘fishnet’ that wraps itself around the organs and tissues of the body. The invasive tissue mostly comes from cording that hasn’t been removed, but can also be formed from the residue of negative emotions and trauma.

Here I use a Spirit Quartz to carry out an extraction, drill into the area to catch the hardened netting of etheric tissue. Afterwards I would normally hoover up and insert white light! ✨

Extraction is like pulling all the long, matted hair out of a clogged drain.

Clients have actually described the experience very accurately, saying “it felt like you were pulling netting out of my body,” which brings about a sense of relief.

More importantly, the effect of releasing the organ or tissue from restrictive and oppressive binding has significant impact on the energetic functioning of the organ, the invaded tissue and the emotional system of the client.

I’ve had much fun attending Quorn Christmas Market this year! Communicating with the animals at Stoughton Farm and collecting fern foliage to decorate my home. 🎄🦌✨ I thoroughly enjoyed warming my soul listening to festive carols by Charnwood Choir, they were soo good!
