To everyone who knew Russ [Russell Johnston] who passed away suddenly on the 27th of January 2025 his ceremony will be held this Friday 14th February at 3:00 pm at Leicestershire Memorial Park and Crematorium,
Foston road,
Countesthorpe,
Leicestershire,

We ask only close friends and family attend the maine service inside the Crematorium but we are aware he was so respected and loved by his many customers and friends that we have arranged speaker outside and there is a veranda so the service can be heard,
We will also be holding a large gathering for everyone to celebrate Russ's life once we have his Ashes returned with venue and date to follow.
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your kind messages and condolences as his mum I'm so very grateful that he was so well loved and thought of and respected as the kind genuine young man I loved so very much,

Just a polite note

If you are ill in any way even if you feel well enough to come for you appointment it is important that you tell us and re book you will not forfeit your deposit regardless how short notice. If you turn up and are found to be ill your appointment will stop and you will have to re book.
This is because we cannot afford to be ill and pass this onto our customers and also having. Lowered immune system can mean it takes significantly longer to overcome illness or it be more intense this results in the studio being closed for sometimes a week or more and letting other customers down so as minor as it may seem please keep this in mind on the day of your appointment. In addition to this currently we’re asking you attend your appointment alone unless you suffer with anxiety or illness that requires you to need the company if this is the case please just drop us a message

There will be a few changes to the studio over the coming weeks that we’re excited to bring to light along with the announcement that from the 1st of Feb the business will be under new ownership. And a new name this will not change the level of service you receive or effect any gift vouchers etc and Russ will still be the artist

Bit of a wing it session today

It’s getting close so I thought I best post our opening hours over Christmas

We will be closed from 12 lunchtime on the 23rd untill 8am on the 27th we will be completly unreachable during this time as last time o checked phone signal in the mountains wasn’t the best. This does not mean that deposits due over this period can be missed if not paid our booking system will automatically cancel appointments where deposits are not paid by a due date we thank you for your loyal custom over the past years and wish you all the very best in the new yeah. Bah humbug
