Turkey Teeth! 🦃
As much as we all love a good bargain or discount, sometimes not knowing or understanding the risks of cheaper dental-tourism abroad can be extremely destructive to our teeth in the long run! 😢

There are so many aspects to why private dentistry is more expensive here in the UK…vs cheaper foreign country alternatives (ie cost of dental materials/lab costs/governing body regulations/dental indemnity cover stipulations/risk of litigation/training standards etc).

Without thorough research or understanding of minimally invasive and safer treatment options for our teeth in the long run, can lead to over aggressive preparations of multiple sound teeth, as an immediate aesthetic fix in some foreign countries. 🙈

They know your foreign visit is due to wanting a one time cheaper solution…to address your wants….not your needs! Will you immediately jump on a plane if something goes wrong? Probably not! 🦷

Nothing is as strong as what mother nature provided us with… healthy tooth structure of our own must be preserved at all costs where possible…and multiple crowns or veneer preparations are highly destructive to the nerve and blood supply of our teeth!…which may lead to root canal treatments or extractions in future!😬
