Today was one of those days where I felt very angry about situation that I had no control over. Thankfully outside sources helped to be calm and and grateful that it wasn’t worse. This Soundbath helped me to remember to be grateful, hope it helps you.

So who’s ready for full moon drum circle to return? Starting this last year didn’t know what to expect but it went incredibly well and the feedback was amazing. Working with was awesome as well. Anyway it’s coming back and there will be a few changes but same vibe and celebrating the moon with family and friends.
