She’s not trying to become smaller. She’s becoming stronger.

EMBODY STRONG is here.

This is the next step for the women who are ready to move beyond simply exercising and start training with purpose.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll build strength, confidence and resilience together in a supportive, women-only environment.

This isn’t about chasing calories or changing who you are.

It’s about…
✨ Learning to lift well.
✨ Understanding your body.
✨ Building confidence in the gym.
✨ Improving mobility and recovery.
✨ Regulating your nervous system.
✨ Creating habits that support you long after the programme ends.

• 2 coached strength sessions each week

Hi, I’m Anne 👋

I thought it was time to reintroduce myself.

I’m the founder of Embody by Anne, and I’m a Movement & Wellbeing Coach based in Leicester.

I teach yoga, personal training, swimming, meditation and sound baths, but really, what I do is help people move better, feel better, and build confidence in their bodies in a way that fits real life.

I’m also a mum, a dog mum, and just a normal person trying to do my best like everyone else.

Outside of work, I love the simple, real-life things. Gym, walks, getting out into nature, going on little adventures, coffee and dinner with friends, and spending time with my partner, my kids, and my dog. I enjoy reading, and I’m always studying or learning something new. I also get stuck into upcycling random projects I’ve decided I absolutely need to take on (even when life is already busy enough!).

I’m quite a creative person too. I love making things, whether that’s handmade gifts, drawing, or little projects. I just enjoy being hands-on and creating something from nothing.

I’m also a proper foodie. I absolutely love cooking. I really enjoy going out to restaurants and trying new places.

I’m not about perfection. I don’t live that way, and I don’t teach that way either. My weight fluctuates, life is busy, and like everyone else I have good days and not-so-good days.

What I do believe in is showing up, doing your best with what you’ve got, and supporting each other along the way.

Whether you come to me for yoga, training, swimming, meditation or a sound bath, my intention is always the same:

✨ To help you feel stronger, calmer and more confident in yourself

I genuinely want to see people win, whatever that looks like for them.

Today, on the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day, I’m reminded that embodiment isn’t about how we look, it’s about how we feel.

It’s choosing movement because it nourishes us.
It’s building strength because it empowers us.
It’s slowing down because our nervous system needs it.
It’s reconnecting with ourselves, again and again.

Yoga is one of the ways I do exactly that.

May today remind you to make space for yourself, honour your body and celebrate everything it does for you. 🌿✨

✨ Week 2 complete. ✨

What a way to finish the week.

This morning was all about squats, hinges, pushes, pulls… and plenty of laughs along the way. 💪

Each week I’m watching these ladies grow, not just in strength, but in confidence too. The weights are getting a little heavier, the movements are becoming more natural, and they’re starting to realise just how capable they really are.

The best part? The atmosphere.

There’s no judgement. No competition. Just a group of incredible women turning up, encouraging one another and celebrating every small win.

I honestly love coaching this bunch. They’re proving that strength isn’t about looking a certain way, it’s about building a body that’s strong, resilient and capable for life.

Week 2 ✔️💪

Tonight was all about building strength, balance and confidence.

We worked on unilateral movements (single-sided exercises), helping us improve stability, iron out imbalances and become stronger in everyday life—not just in the gym.

There were wobbles, plenty of laughs, lots of encouragement and, most importantly, every single lady challenged herself.

Watching this little community grow over the past couple of weeks has been so special. It’s becoming so much more than a workout. It’s women showing up for themselves, supporting one another and proving that strength isn’t about being the fittest in the room—it’s about having the courage to start.

So proud of this bunch. Roll on Week 3. 🤍

This morning’s gentle yoga class 🤍

Teaching yoga is such a reminder that movement doesn’t always have to be intense. Sometimes the biggest wins come from slowing down, improving mobility, releasing tension and giving yourself space to breathe.

After my own lower-body session today, this was the perfect way to reset both body and mind.

Strength and recovery go hand in hand. ✨

Join me this Friday, 19th June, from 8:00–9:00pm for an evening of rest, relaxation and reconnection beneath the open sky in beautiful Stoughton. 🌿🌙

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, constantly rushing from one thing to the next, or simply craving some time for yourself, this is your invitation to slow down.

During our hour together, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath experience. The soothing vibrations of the instruments can help calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind and create space to simply be.

Please bring:

🛏️ A blanket
☁️ A pillow or cushion for comfort
🧥 Warm, comfy layers (evening temperatures can drop)

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re coming together to raise awareness, encourage conversation, and support an incredibly important cause.

Join us on Saturday 27th June 2026 at Stu-Nique Fitness, Leicester, for a special Charity Fitness & Wellness Event.

🔥 9:00–10:00 AM – Salvation Saturday
A partner workout designed to push you to your limits.

🧘 10:00–11:00 AM – Yoga & Sound Bath with Embody by Anne
A chance to unwind, reset and reconnect after the workout.

This is a donation-based event – pay what you want, pay what you feel. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will go towards supporting men’s mental health charities.
