What a beautiful morning!

Today, Ben and I came together once again for a Reiki infused sound bath. We started with a sharing circle, guided meditations, and angel card guidance before flowing into a deeply relaxing sound journey with

As Ben played the crystal bowls and gongs, Reiki was given to each person, creating a truly calming, restorative, and nurturing experience.

I am feeling completely reset, grounded, and refocused. 💫

As always a special heartfelt thank you to the lovely ladies who joined. We are always so grateful for your energy and presence. 🤍

As we’re having some building work done, I decided to place crystals into the foundations with intention and meaning, each chosen with purpose.

🤍 Clear Quartz ~ for clarity, balance, and amplifying positive energy throughout the space.
🩷Rose Quartz ~ to fill our home with love, compassion, warmth, and emotional harmony.
🖤 Black Tourmaline ~ for grounding, protection, and shielding the home from negative energy.

Some beginnings don’t feel like fresh starts at all. They feel like endings, like shedding, like stepping into something unknown without guarantees.

But growth was never meant to be comfortable.

This is your reminder that staying where you are, simply because it’s familiar, can cost you more than taking the leap. There’s a version of you waiting on the other side of that risk who is stronger, free and more alive.

New starts aren’t about having it all figured out. They’re about choosing to open anyway.

Growth can be quiet, unseen, and deeply rooted beneath the surface. 🌱

Like a blossoming tree, you don’t bloom all at once. First, you endure seasons of stillness. You stretch your roots, strengthen and trust that the sun will find you again. 🌸

One day you begin to bloom. Soft at first. Subtle. But undeniably beautiful.
