But, this is what I know from years of practice and client feedback.

My clients feel grounded, lighter, calmer, clearer, at ease. Anxiety softens and old emotional wounds begin to shift.

Reiki won’t fix everything in one session, but as a regular practice it supports your nervous system, emotional wellbeing and helps you navigate yourself back to your true north when life gets loud.

“What does Reiki actually feel like?”
I get asked this a lot. The truth is, it’s different for everyone. Because energy goes exactly where it is needed most, your experience is entirely unique to you.
However, during a session most people experience:
🕊️ Release: Ready to let go of the stress, the old stories and the stagnant energy that no longer serves them.
☁️ Relaxation: To quiet a racing mind. A safe space where you can finally turn off the “hustle,” soften your nervous system and just be.
🔋 Reset: Feel completely depleted. They aren’t looking for a temporary fix; they are ready to realign their energy and step back into the world feeling clear, grounded and renewed.
Reiki isn’t just a treatment; it’s a total recharge for your soul’s battery. You leave the table feeling grounded, clearer and deeply at peace.

Occasionally…but, your crystal doesn’t need to be huge to work.
▫️
There is a common misconception that you need a larger crystal to feel its benefits. But, energy doesn’t measure its power in kilograms.
▫️
A crystal’s vibration comes from its internal geometric structure, not its physical size. A tiny pocket-sized tumbled stone has the exact same molecular lattice and healing frequency as a giant tower.
▫️
In my Reiki practice, I often use crystal tumbles because they can sit comfortably on the body’s chakra points without feeling heavy or distracting.
▫️
Don’t let the “aesthetic” feeds fool you. Your small pocket crystals are doing incredible work. It’s your connection and intention that amplifies them 🙌
