I did this workout today and loved it 💪

Here is my circuit, save it for later if you need ideas for your next training session. I will add the weights I used but you need to obviously listen to your body 💪

• Sled pull & push x 2 both with 130kg (I think 😂)
Next three moves all with 15kg plate x 10-15
• Straight arm sit ups with
• tricep extension with
• Russian twist with

• squat press with 10kg dumbbells x 10

5 rounds

Bish bash bosh! Will you try this?

I did also add some tricep rows with 15kg plate, 10 times each arm & 5 rounds. And then 30 mins on the stairmaster 💦

I basically didn’t want to leave the gym and aircon 💁🏼‍♀️

P.S excuse the steamy quality … I blame the tropical weather despite the aircon 💁🏼‍♀️

If I have a long break between finishing an exercise session and eating something… I will most likely try to even eat my arm later to at day. Anyone else?

We don’t often feel like eating after an exercise session but it will help you to recover quicker and maybe even stop you everything you can find later on.

What’s your go to after exercise snack?

I either have pot of cottage cheese, banana or a protein smoothie like in this video.

So ideas for Finnish sauna in England please 💁🏼‍♀️ Would be lovely to fit about 6 people in it. Would be amazing if one wall was glass but we love all the different styles 🙋🏼‍♀️

This is your sign to commit to exercise that actually makes you happy too 💁🏼‍♀️

You don’t have to be just the pilates queen or weights warrior or a runner etc… you can be ALL of those things!

In fact, mixing your training up will keep it more fun and keep challenging your body.

You don’t have to fit into a certain exercise character, create your own happy exercise routine instead and do what makes you happy 💪❤️ M x
