Motivational Mondays! ✨💫

Since 2022 I have had the pleasure of mentoring adults and young people on a 1-1 basis through MindBLMK.
This period has not only given me the opportunity to expand my own knowledge and growth but to help over 50+ young people get their lives back on track and this has been so rewarding.
I am now pleased to be able to offer private online mentoring sessions, moving forward, to young people aged 14-25 through The Happy Core Company.
I believe that everyone has the potential to grow, succeed and thrive – sometimes, they just need the right support to get there. The mentoring service offers personalised guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help young people overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
I can help young people develop essential life skills, build resilience, and unlock their potential in a safe, supportive and empowering environment.
We can work together to navigate life transitions, overcome limiting beliefs and create a toolkit of techniques to help manage emotions and build resilience. Whether they are facing personal challenges, feeling stuck or looking to make a positive change, together, we can provide clarity, guidance and signposting when required.
