I am a fully-qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, (500 hours TT) and hold BWYQ Level 4 diploma. My classes are suitable for all levels and abilities; all you need is the desire to try something new and be open to all experiences! atha yoga texts. Through yoga, we work on our physical bodies, maintaining and hopefully improving our range of movement, strength and flexibility. We work on our minds, learning to still and quieten the mind, enabling us to sit in meditation, leading to the ultimate aim of the unification of the mind and the body, and the Self and the Universe.
