Every soul here on earth has a dedicated space only they can fill.
If you compare yourself to others you aim to fill their space with your presence and that's not fulfilling! Wouldn't it be such a waste to have two souls doing the same thing when every soul is different?
There are so many posibilities and spirit won't let ANY go to waste.
Your space is exactly where you are needed as only YOU can take the throne of it.
Don't forget that when you feel small and insignificant it's also because you're used to your presence, any impact you have you consider the bare minimum and normal, thinking everyone has that.

If you feel like everyone is above you, better, smarter, prettier, stronger.... that's not because they are. That's because of how low you see yourself.

Most of my clients have experienced a moment or phase in childhood that made them believe they are not worthy the way they are and had to build a "surrounding approved persona" to keep themselves safe.

However, once they've turned adult they kept this persona, not knowing that's not actually the real person, fuelled by adrenaline and insecurity to adjust as much as possible to surrounding expectations to keep people happy and free from possible disagreements - because that would feel unsafe and threatening.

This persona is what people react to and interact with, they can't see the real person behind - and neither can my clients at first. It's a very lonely place to be! All they've ever known is that persona together with the feeling of never being good enough.

It doesn't have to be like this.
Reiki can help healing from this tension, it can support you on the path of self-discovery and eventually self-love.

A common trauma core belief is unworthiness.
Often, this shows in the feeling of "never enough" and restlessness. Sitting down and not doing a thing feels impossible - undeserved.
"I just quickly get this done and then I'll rest." becomes a "must do one more thing" and before you know it there's that never ending loop of things that need to get done - not including rest or healing. Because that's reserved for deserving people, someone who is allowed to be happy and at peace.

Reiki can help you raise your self-love, cut cords to old imbalanced relationships, establish healthy boundaries peacefully and support you in enjoying being yourself and living your life.

I'm planning new workshop, Reiki 1 and Reiki2/Master dates at the moment, please let me know if you're interested! 💜

The more we have going on in life the more we minimise outwards actions like asking for help, running in survival mode like we always have.

Days turn into weeks and months and before you know it you've run out of adrenaline and your body is reacting to lack of recovery.

Laughter has high frequency, right? Completely part of the Reiki 1 course with these ladies, there was never a dull moment.

I'm so very proud how each of them have overcome obstacles and hurdles to do this course with me and they all truly deserve this certificate - ready to practice on family, friends and animals.

Letting go of habits that have kept you alive all your adult life is hard and can make you feel insecure and vulnerable. Usually it's tied to low self-esteem and lack of self-love which makes you believe: "If I don't show this persona they might see the real me underneath and that person is not worthy."

That's where Reiki comes in!
With its subtle but powerful energy it can support shift old patterns stuck in a loop and help you shed what weighs you down and you no longer need.

Every single soul is special and no, there's no such thing as one is more special than the other (did your mind just try to trick you?😁).

During a Reiki session I get to see the beautiful, indescribably unique core of the client and in my 10+ years of practicing I've never seen two the same.
It's a reminder that every single soul, including YOU!, has his/her own space in this world no one else can possibly fill. And trying to fill your space by copying someone else leaves this very important space empty of your being. What a waste!
