๐Ÿ’™ HELP US SUPPORT OUR AMAZING HCA NATALIE! ๐Ÿ’™

Our wonderful HCA Natalie is taking on an incredible challenge โ€” walking 1 MILLION STEPS between 1 July and 30 September to raise money for Diabetes UK! ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thatโ€™s roughly 10,800 steps EVERY SINGLE DAY throughout the summer! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ‘

Natalie is stepping up to help support vital diabetes research, campaign for better care, and support families living with diabetes.

Weโ€™re incredibly proud of her dedication and would love for our patients, families and followers to get behind her and show their support. ๐Ÿ’™

Every donation, no matter how big or small, can make a difference. ๐Ÿ™

if you would like to donate to Natalieโ€™s fundraiser and help her reach that amazing ยฃ1 million steps goal! ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ‘‰ Donate here: https://step.diabetes.org.uk/fundraising/natalies-fundraising-page1178

Come on Natalieโ€ฆ YOUโ€™VE GOT THIS! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’™

If your medical issue is not urgent, the practice would prefer you to use their e-Consult Service form instead of the current "Ask a Question" service. The "Ask a Question" service will soon be replaced by e-Consult, where a dedicated team will handle your enquiries.

Patient notice.

We are experiencing technical issues with our telephone lines.

All lines are down and we have no access to the systems. If you have an appointment today please attend as usual but please be patient with our reception staff as the check in system is also down

Hopefully we will be back up and running soon

Thank you for your understanding
