Literally a quick drop and go for Principal osteopath, Mark this morning, because…traffic 🚘

He’s running the Worcester marathon today.

I tried to convince him to channel his inner Sabastian Sawe and go for a sub-2 hour run…that way he gets to join the rest of the family at Hereford to see Beauty and the Beast…
