SUPPORT WORKER Leominster – Full Time (37.5 hours per week, including alternate weekends)

We are proud to be a CQC-rated Outstanding service, and we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our small but highly committed team in Leominster.

In this rewarding role, you will support adults with complex needs to live safe, fulfilling lives while helping them achieve their personal goals and independence.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay:

£12.84 per hour (weekday rate – Diploma Level 3 or equivalent)

£14.00 per hour (weekends)

Flexible working hours

Monthly rota planning (issued one month in advance)

User-friendly app-based rota system

Full training provided for the right candidate

A supportive, friendly, and values-driven team environment

About You:
Experience in care is preferred, but not essential

A caring, reliable, and positive attitude

Willingness to learn and develop within the role

Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Well here at Abel Care and Support Ltd we have sprung into Spring 🐣🐥🌼🌸🌷🌞☀️🐰🐇 with holidays, Harps, Easter Egg Hunts, Raves, Smiles and much more!!!

Another day full of smiles and laughter at Abel Care and Support Ltd. Our Activities Champion Angel Rowan organised a World Book Day Party and as you can see it was a blast! Everyone made a great effort with costumes and we had quizes and readings from some of our favourite books along with lots.of fun and laughter with friends .. We spotted, Cat in the Hat, Winnie the Witch, Flopsy, Pooh, Paddington, a Gangsta Granny and lots more!!
