Conductive Education group sessions for adults with Parkinson’s support movement control and coordination through purposeful activity.
Rolling rings and catching beanbags provide opportunities to practise controlling and coordinating movements, improving symmetry, using both sides of the body and exploring compensatory movement strategies — all within a safe and supportive learning environment.
The group environment brings valuable opportunities for peer support, shared learning and feedback, helping participants to develop confidence alongside their physical skills.
